General Terms of Service
Executive Impressions’ owners reserve the right to modify the variety of programs, products, services, and information it offers, including prices and availabilities.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our programs and their potential. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. There is no guarantee of results.
Payment
Payment for all products, programs and services are required in full before commencement of the program or supply of digital products.
Prices are given in US dollars and are exclusive of GST. Prices are effective at the time of the order’s validation by the customer. These prices do not include travel costs to and from the venue, if required.
Accepted method of payment is PayPal (credit/debit cards, or PayPal account). Bank wire transfers will be accepted for selected customers. Please contact Executive Impressions to request to pay by bank transfer.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
Executive Impressions’ Cancellation
While our best efforts are always made to ensure the programs and virtual coaching programs run on schedule, we do reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. A refund will be issued for the program fees paid, or where possible, an alternative date and time will be organised.
Client Cancellation
For all in-person programs, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date scheduled will be refunded at 70% of the total fee paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date scheduled will not be refunded.
For all virtual programs, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date scheduled will be refunded at 70% of the total fee paid. For all virtual coaching programs, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date scheduled will not be refunded. Not withstanding the foregoing, if the virtual coaching program has commenced, or if any workbooks, activity books or handouts related to a virtual coaching program have already been given to the customer, a refund will not be given.
All sales for digital products are final. Refunds will not be given.
